I had a fantastic experience with John Thomas Construction LLC. Tom was very responsive and informative. They did a great job with the drywall installation and painting. I would recommend John Thomas Construction for anyone that is looking to have a home project completed.

We hired them to redo a shower for the bathroom in our new home to get it move in ready by Christmas. Not only did they help us with that, but then we hired them AGAIN to create a half bath in a spare room, and they did it again, just in time for New Years! I can’t say enough how happy we are with the work they did. Tom, the owner, was great. He listened to our budget, usage, and cosmetic needs, he explained his plans to us clearly, and then delivered exactly what he said he would! Their crew worked very fast but we could tell they also took pride in their workmanship just as much as their speed. Tom even somehow still had time and patience to answer questions too. We also especially appreciated their attention to cleanup afterwards. The real test though was when our new toilet began leaking. We had to call Tom and he came back THREE times to put different kinds of wax rings on and try different ways to fix the issue when we finally realized, it was not anything he did wrong at all - the new toilet itself was defective with a small hairline crack under the bowl! Once he switched it out for a new one, VOILA! No more leaks, and that right there is what you call a reputable business. So in short - if you are on the fence, just hire them. You wont be disappointed. They are a family owned company with good honest people and they do great work. Tom we hope you guys won’t be too busy for us when we are ready for our next projects!
